New Speech & Language Pathologist
My name is Asuka (sounds like Aska), and I am a recent graduate from the Speech-Language Pathology program at Dalhousie University in Halifax. Language has always been a passion of mine, and growing up, I enjoyed learning different languages and meeting people from different places. I studied Applied Linguistics for my undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria, and I taught English as an Additional Language before I decided to pursue a career in speech-language pathology. I love helping others gain confidence in their communication skills and literacy skills!
When I am not working, I love to sew and knit. I also enjoy being outdoors, and I am very excited to be back on the west coast to go hiking and camping! I am looking forward to working with you all!
