Parent / Caregiver & Tots Class
Our Parent & Tots program provides a nurturing, structured, and playful environment where caregivers and children grow together. With a foundation in early developmental science, the program fosters connection, communication, emotional expression, and sensory exploration. Caregivers learn strategies they can use at home, and children experience a gentle first-step into supported social environments.
Children build social-emotional and developmental skills through music, movement, sensory play, and guided exploration — while caregivers receive support, tools, and connection with other parents. These sessions create a sense of belonging, confidence, and joyful shared learning.
